An incident cannot afford to lose power. Evergreen does not just drop a generator and leave. The units are maintained constantly, kept in condition to deliver steady, consistent power for the length of the camp.
If a generator does go down, there is a backup unit on the camp ready to take the load, and Evergreen runs its own mechanics who get it going again fast. Short of an act of God, the camp does not go dark.

A base camp runs around the clock, but the people in it still have to sleep. Evergreen fields WhisperWatt diesels, a generator line built around sound-insulated cabinets, and places them on the camp with sleeping quarters in mind.
We will be straight with you: no diesel generator is silent, and the older units run louder than the newer ones. Placement, distance, and the right size unit are what keep a camp livable, and we plan all three.

How often does a generator need refueling?
Refueling runs on a schedule matched to the unit and its load, so the camp gets through the night without going dark. Fuel and the refueling plan are part of the deployment, not something the camp has to solve.

How loud are the generators?
