What we field
The complete base camp, from one vendor.
Lodging, power, light, and a staffed clerical unit. Four equipment lines that work as one camp, delivered and run by our own crew.
One integrated system
A base camp is not four separate orders.
Lodging, power, lighting, and back-of-camp administration are not four problems for four vendors. They are one camp, and every piece has to fit the others: generators sized to the yurts they run, light towers matched to the ground they cover, the clerical trailer powered and standing by from the first night.
Evergreen fields all four lines together, sized to the incident, so the camp shows up working as a whole instead of as a yard of gear someone else has to make fit.
What that means for the buyer
- One vendor
- Lodging, power, light, and clerical from a single source.
- One order
- The whole camp sized and matched before anything ships.
- One crew
- The same people on site, accountable for all of it.
- One camp
- Four lines that arrive working together, not four deliveries to reconcile.
The four lines
Choose a line, or field the whole camp.
Each line stands on its own. Together they are a complete base camp. Here is what each one brings, and where to see the full detail.
Lodging
Yurts
Lodging that holds up to the season.
Insulated, powered yurts in three sizes, 286 to 1,274 sq ft, that join into one connected camp. Heating, air conditioning, and custom-sealed windows come standard in every unit.
- Three sizes, 286 to 1,274 sq ft of usable floor
- Heating and air conditioning in every unit
- Insulated roof and walls, custom-sealed windows
- Units join through vestibules into one camp
Lighting
Light Towers
Light the camp without the noise.
Three light tower types, from a quiet 250-watt yard light to a 4000-watt self-contained tower. Wind-anchorable and mobile, sized to the operation.
- Type 1: 12 ft, 250W task light
- Type 2: 15 to 25 ft, 2000W tower
- Type 3: up to 30 ft, 4000W, self-contained
- Quiet, wind-anchored, and mobile
Power
Generators
Quiet diesel power for the whole camp.
WhisperWatt diesel generators, including an Ultra-Silent unit for camps where noise control matters. Cables, cords, and distribution boxes come with every unit.
- 70 kVA powers roughly 9 outfitted yurts
- 85 kVA and 85 kVA Ultra-Silent power roughly 12
- 30 to 60 hours of runtime per fuel tank
- Cabling and distribution boxes included
Back of camp
Clerical Support Unit
The back office of the base camp.
A staffed, climate-controlled trailer built to keep an incident running on paper. Workstations, printers, a 44-inch plotter, and the crew to print thousands of IAPs and maps.

Delivered, set up, and run
Our crew fields it. We do not drop it off.
Renting gear and running a camp are two different jobs. Evergreen does the second one. Our own crew hauls the equipment in, sets it up, powers it, keeps it running through the incident, and breaks it down when the camp closes.
That means the people who know the equipment are the people on site with it. When something needs adjusting at two in the morning, there is a crew there who has done it a hundred times.
Tell us the incident. We will size the camp.
Give us the rough size and location and we will tell you what Evergreen can field for it.
