We use the information you submit through the contact form for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry about base camp equipment and logistics.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which records standard request information (IP address, browser type, page requested) for security and performance.

Contact form submissions are handled by Formspree (Formspree, Inc.), which receives the form fields you submit, forwards them to Evergreen Resource by email, and stores a copy in our Formspree account so we can read and reply to it. Formspree processes the submission on our behalf under its own privacy terms at formspree.io/legal.

These providers process data only to deliver the website and the message you send.

We keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and our business relationship, then dispose of them.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us using the details below. Because the site has no user accounts, the simplest way to limit what we hold is to not submit the contact form.
